SANTAQUIN, Utah (KUTV) — A man is accused of using a woman's name he was no longer in business with to purchase an excavator for nearly $86,000. Moises Vargas, 43, was arrested on suspicion of identity fraud, a second-degree felony; and forgery, a third-degree felony, the affidavit states. On Monday, March 31, an officer with the Santaquin Police Department received a call from a woman saying she was the victim of identity fraud.
