    Members of the public had called the emergency services as they were concerned by the standard of driving of Mervyn Jenkins, 47, on the evening of May 24 this year. Police found Jenkins’ Citroen at 8pm that evening and noted that the vehicle had sustained significant damage, was shuddering and driving over the carriageway. When Jenkins, of Hazlebank, Llanstadswell got out of the vehicle he was seen o be staggering. He told officers that he had consumed three pints about an hour ago.

With team partner Amun, went head-to-head against other talented teams all vying to get through the second round of heats in Bake Off: The Professionals. Abbie and Amun met 16 years ago while working at Gordon Ramsay’s and have been best mates and inseparable ever since. Amun lost his eyesight due to diabetic retinopathy at the age of 24.

    3 1/1 A Pembrokeshire tourist spot is scheduled to be closed for the next three days as filming takes place at the location. Porthclais Harbour, near St Davids, and the surrounding sections of coast path is closed today for up to three days. The temporary closure is due to production filming. Although it may only take one day the closure notice published by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority says that closure will be in force for a maximum of three days.

    The Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival was held at Tenby's South Beach from Friday, June 13, to Sunday, June 15. Over the weekend hundreds of people flocked to sample the variety of fayre on offer, with many then enjoying a stroll on the beach and into town.

    The Grade II listed building the Farmers Arms on Fishguard Square closed its doors 14 years ago and was put up for sale. The 18th century building was first recorded as being used as an inn in the 19th century. The building was listed on the 1844 tithe map of Fishguard and the surrounding area. It is listed as it is a traditional  Pembrokeshire vernacular house of the 18th century and therefore a ‘rare survival’.
