Chicago Sky star forward Angel Reese is coming off a hand injury. Reese missed the final weekend of Unrivaled due to that ailment. There's good news though for Sky fans, as Reese was seen working in the gym without a hand brace. Angel Reese back in the gym and out of that hand brace today. She was ruled out of the final weekend of Unrivaled with a hand injury. Has been wearing a brace in all public appearances for the past three weeks. Good sign for Angel less than three weeks out from training camp.

New York Mets slugger Juan Soto is tipping his cap to one of his teammates. Soto is sending a warning to Major League Baseball about Pete Alonso , his new running mate. “Whenever they don't want to pitch to me I know I have a guy behind me that can make it worse for them so I'm really happy about that,” Soto said in an interview with SNY TV. Soto is in his first season with the Mets . He helped the team win a frigid cold game on Tuesday night against the Miami Marlins, 10-5.

The St. Louis Cardinals got the bats going against the Pittsburgh Pirates Tuesday. St. Louis pummeled Pirates ace Paul Skenes, en route to a 5-3 victory at PNC Park. It turned out to be the worst performance from Skenes in his Major League Baseball career. “It's not like they hit the ball into the river or anything like that,” Skenes said after giving up five runs, per ESPN. “They just found some holes and I got behind in some counts and kind of let them get good swings off. Memphis Grizzlies rookie Jaylen Wells is responding to an apology from Charlotte Hornets player KJ Simpson. The two players collided in a recent Grizzlies-Hornets game, when Simpson undercut Wells. At the time, Wells was completing a dazzling fast-break dunk. The collision caused Wells to fall awkwardly to the floor. He stayed there for several minutes.
