RHINELANDER, Wis. (WAOW) -- After two long months, the Hodag Dome has finally reopened to the public. After an absolutely gorgeous weekend, we'll see our temperatures climb a little bit higher to start the week. In fact, for some of us, Monday will be the warmest day of the year so far. It won't last long though - rain and cooler air will move back in soon. Today: Partly cloudy and warm with a bit of smoke possible. Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy with a stray shower possible after midnight. Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with showers and a few thunderstorms likely.

WAUSAU, Wis. (WAOW) -- If you've looked outside and it seems a bit gloomy today, you aren't imagining things. Wildfire smoke from western Canada is starting to make its way into the Badger state, and it will probably get worse before it gets better. Northwest winds will push that smoke into the upper levels of the atmosphere during the morning hours, and then a cold front passing through the area this afternoon and evening will carry that smoke down to the surface.
