    A North Dakota man and woman were arrested after a police pursuit on May 27 that originated in Bismarck and eventually ended in Mandan. Dylan Carry Moccasin, 30, of Porcupine, was charged in Morton County with fleeing a police officer, reckless endangerment, driving on a suspended license and refusal to halt. The fleeing and reckless endangerment charges each carry up to five years in prison, while the driving under suspension charge carries up to nearly a year in jail.

    A Bismarck police officer is "very sore" but recovering after his patrol vehicle was reportedly struck by a vehicle towing a boat on Tuesday, police spokesperson Lt. Luke Gardiner said. The collision was reported at Airport Road and Bismarck Expressway shortly after 6 p.m., according to a statement from the North Dakota Highway Patrol. That agency is in charge of the investigation, Gardiner said.

    A former employee of Garrison Public Schools is facing felony charges related to having child sexual abuse material. James Hagen, of Ryder, posted a $1,000 bond after he was charged with seven counts of possession of prohibited materials, each carrying up to five years in prison, if he's convicted. Hagen was a substitute teacher and school bus driver in Garrison, according to Superintendent of Garrison Public Schools Nick Klemisch.

    Three suspects who were being sought by North Dakota law enforcement after a chase from Sioux to Morton counties were apprehended Monday evening, authorities said. The suspects were Ceejay Siers, 26, of Mandaree; David Warrick, 41, of Mandan; and Natiala Raine Eagle, 25, also of Mandaree; all were transported to the Burleigh Morton Detention Center. They were charged on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, meth, according to court records.
