"I love the horns,” Amy Mancuso said while enjoying the sounds of live music. When a melody has meaning, it becomes so much more than the music. "I haven't been down here yet to see it for myself. I've seen it on TV and on Facebook and everything but it’s different when you see it in person,” Mancuso said of the destruction on Delmar. It’s leaving so many neighbors and businesses in limbo. She is relieved to see the boots-on-the-ground efforts meeting storm survivors where they are. "There's a greater need now than even a month ago,” she said. So many are still dealing with damage. Others lost everything they own, many with no homes at all.
