LANSING, N.Y. — The new owners of the former Lansing Market location have their new tenant finalized and ready to debut. Meanwhile, the previous owner of the market building is now planning a small-scale office park just a stone’s throw away to the west. ITHACA, N.Y. — It’ll be a climatologically cool start to the week, but warmer and muggier conditions will arrive for Wednesday and, following a brief reprieve, come back for the weekend onward. Generally unsettled conditions will continue, so don’t expect any extended dry spells. Thunderstorm activity mid-week will need to be monitored for any strong cells, and the heat may be a concern Wednesday, but otherwise no major weather-related disruptions look to be on tap for this week.

LANSING, N.Y. — The former Lansing Market building on North Triphammer Road has a new owner and a new chapter in the works, though what exactly the latter will be is still unclear. The Lansing Market closed at the end of 2022 after 11 years of serving the Lansing community — the 14,000 square-foot retail building, which includes a 75-space parking lot on 3.90 acres, had been purpose-built for the market, and was listed for $1.7 million.
