WENY-TV serves as the ABC/CBS and CW television affiliate for the Central and Western Twin Tiers region, covering parts of Southern Upstate New York and Northern Pennsylvania. Located in Elmira, New York, WENY transmits a high-definition digital signal on UHF channel 36 from its transmitter situated on Higman Hill in Corning. Viewers can also access the station on Time Warner Cable channel 4 and in high definition on digital channel 1200. Owned by Lilly Broadcasting, the station's studios are based on Old Ithaca Road in Horseheads, NY. Additionally, it can be received over-the-air via an analog repeater, W06AR, broadcasting on VHF channel 6.
