The Missouri Lottery said the man purchased the Powerball ticket at Mike’s Cut Rate Liquors at W. 85th and Wornall Road for the April 19 drawing. “I only play a couple times a year, and I actually didn’t check the ticket for like two months,” the winner explained to the Missouri Lottery.
