LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - North Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered teen. According to police, 13-year-old King Lowery was last seen on Thursday, June 19, around 4 p.m. near Cheyenne Avenue and Simmons Street. Officials say Lowery is 5′2, was last seen wearing gray shorts, a black t-shirt and gray shoes. He wears glasses and has braces. “Lowery is diagnosed with high functioning autism and suffers from seizures.” North Las Vegas police report.

According to HPD, around 4 p.m. first responders attended to a three-vehicle crash near Sunset and Gibson roads. #FASTALERT Crash on eastbound Sunset Rd at Gibson Rd. All eastbound lanes are blocked at this time. LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas Metro police seek suspect accused of a shooting in the northwest valley. According to LVMPD, around 9 p.m. a fight broke out between neighbors on Copper Falls Avenue near Gowan and Durango. Police say someone associated with the one of the neighbors fired their gun striking someone in the leg. The shooter then fled the scene. LVMPD report the suspect is still at large. LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Las Vegas Metro police is investigating a crash involving a mini bike rider. According to LVMPD, the collision occurred on Vegas Valley Drive near Boulder Highway and Lamb. Police say an SUV stopped at a traffic stop when the mini bike rider traveling behind the driver failed to stop. They crashed into the SUV and was ejected from the bike. The rider was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries. This is an ongoing investigation. Check back for updates.

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Yellow Fever Epidemic in 1873 wiped out a quarter of the Shreveport population. The epidemic killed many, including two Catholic priests, Father Louis Gergaud and Isidore Quemerais whose original burial sites were uncovered by an LSUS professor with the help of two students. Five priests administering aid to the ill died, but the original burial sites of two were unknown according to historical burial records.
