KSHV-TV is a television station that operates on virtual channel 44 and UHF digital channel 45, located in Shreveport, Louisiana. This station is affiliated with MyNetworkTV and is owned by White Knight Broadcasting. It is managed through a shared services agreement with Nexstar Broadcasting Group, which also owns the NBC affiliate KTAL-TV and operates the Fox affiliate KMSS-TV under a similar arrangement with Marshall Broadcasting.
