The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety conducted studies that found that of the people surveyed, over 84.9 % said they consume cannabis the day they drive. 53% said they consumed the substance within an hour of less of driving. AAA Mid-Atlantic Spokesperson Morgan Dean said it's important to make a plan before partaking.
