SALT LAKE CITY — A second driver has been charged in a 2023 Eagle Mountain road rage crash that killed two people. On Tuesday, the Utah County Attorney’s Office charged Michael Alan Landen, 42, with two counts of negligent homicide and one count of reckless driving. The charges are class A misdemeanors, not felonies, like the charges Peterson Matheson pleaded guilty to in the same case in late 2024. Landen’s charges come nearly two years after Matheson’s.
