LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — During yet another busy severe weather season here in Arkansas, lots of Arkansans have had to spend some time in their safe places either at home or in a community storm shelter. Not all areas have public safe rooms, though. Certain counties in central Arkansas have several, some have a few, others have none. Little Rock, the state's most populated city, doesn't have its own city-operated safe room, but other smaller cities nearby have multiple.
