KARK-TV, known as virtual channel 4 and UHF digital channel 32, is a television station affiliated with NBC and located in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. It is owned by the Nexstar Media Group and operates alongside MyNetworkTV affiliate KARZ-TV (channel 42) as part of a duopoly. Additionally, Nexstar runs Fox affiliate KLRT-TV (channel 16) and CW affiliate KASN (channel 38) in Pine Bluff through joint sales and shared services agreements with Mission Broadcasting. All four stations share a common studio space in the Victory Building on West Capitol Avenue, just a block away from the Arkansas State Capitol. KARK's transmitter is situated on Shinall Mountain, close to the Chenal Valley area of Little Rock. KARK also acts as a central hub for Nexstar and Mission stations across multiple regions, including Little Rock, Fayetteville, Monroe and Shreveport in Louisiana, as well as Hagerstown, Maryland.
