You may remember Newschannel Seven bringing you the news first about the websites going down around 7 p.m., displaying an error message for about half an hour or longer, as people looked for Primary Election results. President of Florida Supervisors of Elections, Travis Hart says they’ve ruled out hacking as a cause.

    BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - If you’re like a lot of people, you hate to wait in line for anything, and that includes voting. Saturday is your last chance to vote early for the August 20th election. If you have a mail-in ballot, Saturday is the deadline to turn that back in, if you plan to do so in-person. If you plan to mail in your absentee ballot, versus returning it in-person, it must be into the Supervisor of Elections Office by 7 p.m. on August 20th, regardless of postmark.
