SPOKANE, Wash. — On Monday, April 28th, 18-year-old Quentin M.D. Hutchison turned himself in to Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives in connection with the shooting at a North Spokane Maverick gas station on April 25th. The incident left 24-year-old Timothy Allen Jr. dead and another person critically injured. The Medical Examiner classified Allen's death as a homicide. Hutchison has been taken into custody and booked into Spokane County Jail on charges of 2nd Degree Murder and 1st Degree Assault.
