Officials said Thomas Shepard, 75, appeared to have lost control of the ATV as he was going up a hill, causing it to roll on him. Shepard was pronounced dead at the scene.     PRESTONSBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - Dr. Michael McKinney, his son, M.K. McKinney, and Josh Mullins were rearraigned with more charges relating to the Amber Spradlin murder case. The charges were related to tampering with physical evidence. All three entered not guilty pleas. Dr. Michael McKinney’s attorney also recently requested that his client be able to return to work.
