A Hamilton County judge ruled no bond will be issued for the man accused of running into and killing a sheriff's deputy last week near the University of Cincinnati’s campus. In a bond hearing Tuesday morning, judge Tyrone Yates did not issue a bond for Rodney Hinton Jr., who has been charged with aggravated murder. Investigators said Hinton intentionally ran over recently retired deputy Larry Henderson, who later died at UC Medical Center.

Two people died and at least five others were hospitalized after a mass shooting at Florida State University on Thursday.The shooter, believed to be the 20-year-old son of a Leon County deputy, was apprehended and taken to the hospital for injuries.One Florida State student from West Chester was in the Student Union building not long before the shooting started.Brinlee Foreman is a junior at Florida State.
