I made a fateful decision ahead of the Eastern Conference Finals. I think it was Sunday. The night before, the New York Knicks had finished off the defending champion Boston Celtics. The Indiana Pacers were already waiting around, having thrashed the East's top seed in five games. It took me into Sunday to go huh, Pacers-Knicks. Do I care about that? I considered this deeply, the way one might ponder a puppy in a pet-shop window. Am I prepared to give my heart to this stupid thing?

Lana Payne, Unifor national president, is lobbying governments to buy BrightDrop electric vans made at the Cami Assembly plant, with new vans for Canada Post at the top of the list. That is welcome news to Unifor Local 88, which represents workers at the assembly plant.
