A Chatham man has been charged after a fatal crash near Tilbury last month, Chatham-Kent police say. Officers were called to the two-vehicle collision on Queen’s Line, between Wheeler Line and Davidson Road, about 5 p.m. Jan. 20, police said. One driver died at the scene, and the second driver was taken to hospital. The traffic management unit investigated and a suspect was arrested, police said. A Chatham man, 25, is charged with dangerous driving causing death, police said.

(Bloomberg) — Ontario’s premier said his government is ending its contract with Starlink, the Elon Musk-controlled satellite company, following U.S. President Donald Trump’s executive order to impose tariffs on goods imported from Canada. “We’ll be ripping up the province’s contract with Starlink. Ontario won’t do business with people hellbent on destroying our economy,” Premier Doug Ford said in an emailed statement.
