According to KRPC 2 Sports' Aaron Wilson, the Texans and Rutgers defensive tackle Kyonte Hamilton have agreed to a four-year deal worth $4.81 million, keeping him in Houston through the 2028 season. Hamilton and a seventh-round pick for the Texans' defensive line, will earn a $138,328 signing bonus with base salaries of $840,000, $1.058 million, $1.277 million and $1.495 million through 2028.

A former starter at UNLV, Woodard initially signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted rookie, but was following rookie minicamp earlier this week.
