EUCLID, Ohio -- The Euclid Public Library opened its temporary home in an old pharmacy on Monday. The former Rite Aid building on East 185th Street will house the “” as the nearly seven-decade old building on East 222nd Street undergoes a year-long renovation. Euclid residents approved a $13.5 million permanent improvement levy in 2023 to fund the overhaul.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio – Cain Park’s general manager has been suspended without pay for five days and ordered to take anger management courses after an outside investigation concluded that he exhibited “a pattern of aggressive and intimidating behavior” toward multiple staff members. One of the incidents nearly led a director at the time who overheard it to consider calling security to step in, according to disciplinary documents provided to cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer.

EUCLID, Ohio -- Euclid and Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood are preparing to mark Earth Day by once again squaring off in the annual “Big Clean” event. The event, kicking off at 9 a.m. April 26, is a “fun, friendly competition” to see which border community can collect the most bags of trash from streets, according to a news release from the city. Registration is required and can be done online through the event’s website, bit.ly/BigClean2025.
