Stunning drone footage shows the enormous cranes assembled in Cork's Dockyard being shipped off to their final destination abroad. The impressive feat of engineering was captured by well-known videographer DroneHawk. It shows the 150m tall Liebherr cranes being shipped out of the Port of Cork. The cranes were moved with the aid of a specialised ship, the BigLift Baffin, one of the few transport ships capable of such a task. Even moving the cranes aboard the ship is a delicate process.

With thousands still stuck living at home or renting at sky-high rates during the ongoing housing crisis, Leesiders have been encouraged to make their voices heard at a protest this weekend. The 'Raise the Roof' protest is set to take place on Grand Parade on Saturday at 2 p.m., and it has received significant support from opposition TDs. Organised by trade union groups, representatives from Sinn Féin, Solidarity, Labour, the Green Party, and the Social Democrats all endorsed the event.

It doesn't matter if the TV is used for streaming, gaming or even if it's broken; there's a requirement to have a TV license if one is in the household. The €160 fee has been the subject of controversy in recent years, and following the RTÉ scandal, there were talks of scrapping the fee.

Gardaí and members of the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) seized over €200k in cash as part of an investigation into suspected drug trafficking in Kerry. The money was seized during armed raids carried out earlier today. Frontline Gardaí and the CAB were assisted by members of the Garda Dog Unit and the Armed Support Unit during the operation. The cash was seized under a warrant alongside various electronic devices and documents of evidentiary value.
