Cognition change is one of the most hypothesized mechanisms for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptom improvement (Brown et al., 2019). Clinicians can facilitate cognition change through Socratic dialogue by helping individuals explore their beliefs and then evaluate and potentially change them considering existing evidence. Worksheets that guide patients to evaluate their thoughts and the connected evidence also can be used to facilitate cognition change (Resick et al., 2024).

OTTAWA, March 18 (Reuters) - Canada's annual inflation rate showed a surprise jump to 2.6% in February surpassing expectations as a sales tax break that ended mid of last month pushed prices higher amid an already broad-based price increase, data showed on Tuesday. This is the first time in seven months that the rate of increase of consumer prices have crossed the 2% mark, the mid-point of the Bank of Canada's 1% to 3% target range. In January, inflation was at 1.9%.

OTTAWA, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Canada's annual inflation rate accelerated more than expected to 2.0% in October as gas prices fell less than the previous month, data showed on Tuesday, likely diluting chances of another large rate cut in December. Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast that the inflation rate would speed up to 1.9% from 1.6% in September. In August, the annual rate was 2%.
