Leaving London Bridge station last week I heard the rat-a-tat opening of A Message to You, Rudy coming out of a busker’s speaker. I thought, as I always do when I hear the Specials’ song, of Rob. Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — For the second time in less than a year, a major pharmacy has announced closings in the Rochester area. It’s difficult news for Rite Aid employees and customers, with 12 stores closing for good across the Rochester-Finger Lakes region. "It's a huge impact because there's not many stores on this street," said Jose Gonzalez, who lives near the North Clinton Avenue location in Rochester.

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — A search is ongoing to locate a child who fell into the Genesee River Sunday afternoon. Around 4:40 p.m., officers responded to the Andrews Street bridge near North Water Street for a report of a child that entered the water. According to Rochester police captain Greg Bello, “The small child was walking with his mother that was pushing another child in a stroller, and the roughly 5-year-old child had gone ahead of the mother and began climbing on the railing,” said Bello.
