CLEVELAND, Ohio - A Case Western Reserve University student charged with vandalizing the school says police violated his constitutional rights by identifying cell phones connected to campus WiFi without a warrant. Nathan George, 22, was one of 11 people accused of causing $400,000 in damage to the campus in November. He pleaded not guilty to charges of felony vandalism, possessing criminal tools and breaking and entering. The allegations stem from demonstrations at Case over the Israel-Hamas war.
