    Many legendary musicians and bands appeared at the music venue on Sauchiehall Street Tiffany's was a much loved venue in Glasgow city centre which first opened as the Locarno Ballroom in 1926 which was the place to be for dancing in town. It had previously been known as the Charing Cross Electric Cinema which was the first purpose built cinema in Glasgow which had been designed by architect Alex Duncan.

    The Red Road Flats is a lost part of Glasgow that still evokes memories for many. The Red Road Flats were once found between the housing districts of Balornock and Barmulloch in Glasgow's north east back when the estate originally consisted of eight multi-storey tower blocks. The German travel brand FlixBus, is celebrating its 4th anniversary in the UK adding Glasgow Airport to its long distance coach network. Services between Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow Airport will be available eight times a day from 17 April.
