SYRACUSE — A special Syracuse council meeting was held Wednesday morning to resolve two issues left unresolved from last week’s regular council meeting. Things got a little heated at times over both issues — whether the council should declare a paved alley a town road and whether they should change the make-up of the town council. In the end, they did both. The town has been maintaining a paved road/alley known as Medusa Court for over 60-70 years but discovered it was not actually a town road.
