Except for one thing: They’ll soon expand the hours at the popular restaurant to seven days a week. The Wichita Riverfest is returning for its 53rd installment on Friday, and locals will continue their traditions of lining up for the Sundown parade, crowding in for Kennedy Plaza concerts and filling up on fried food court fare.
