According to a press release from the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Utah, John Parry, 40, and Kimberly Dawn Hare, 34, pleaded guilty in November 2024 to selling fentanyl to the victim.

SALT LAKE CITY — A man is dead and a woman is in the hospital following what police said was an incident involving domestic violence in Grantsville Wednesday morning. In a press release, the Grantsville City Police Department said officers responded at approximately 9:50 a.m. The incident took place at a home near West Street and Utah Drive. Upon their arrival, officers found a female victim with an “apparent” gunshot wound to her head lying on the porch of the Grantsville home.

Apr 15, 2025, 8:42 PM | Updated: 8:56 pm SALT LAKE CITY — A 9-year-old boy is in the hospital after being hit by a car in Roy Tuesday evening. According to Stuart Hackworth with the Roy City Police Department, the incident took place at the intersection of 4400 S. and 1900 W. Hackworth said the 9-year-old boy was crossing 1900 W. either on a scooter or pushing it alongside him. At the same time, a car heading southbound struck the boy.
