The 2,100-square-foot home at 1216-18 South Ave. will reopen later this year as a safe haven for families whose homes are being renovated to remove lead paint. The project is a partnership between A Tiny Home for Good and Families for Lead Freedom Now, with $200,000 in state funding secured through Sen.
