EVERETT, Wash. — Seattle Paine Field Airport, located in Snohomish County, welcomed its first Frontier Airlines flights Monday. The addition of Frontier brings daily service to Denver, Phoenix and Las Vegas. Frontier joins Alaska Airlines as the only carriers operating from the Snohomish County airport. Prior to the addition of Frontier, the airport handled fewer than a dozen flights daily, leaving the luxury lounge-style terminal largely empty for hours at a time.
