EL PASO - President Donald Trump's long-promised trade war is on, and Mexico could be hit hard. Fulfilling a campaign promise, Trump on Saturday imposed tariffs of 25% on all goods from Mexico and Canada, except for Canadian energy and oil imports, which will be taxed at 10%. Trump also slapped a 10% tariff on Chinese imports. Eighty percent of Mexico's exports go to the United States.
