Punk Island is a nonprofit collective of artists, curators, musicians, and educators who aim to bring the vitality, diversity, and intensity of New York City’s punk scene to the forefront. The cannabis brand Ayrloom is upping the game in New York’s edible market with its line of cannabis-infused beverages. Ayrloom is the cannabis branch of Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards, which produces 1911 Established Hard Cider in Syracuse, New York. The brand offers a line of pre-rolls, vapes, gummies, balms and tinctures, but their claim to fame is easily their beverages. “Beverage making is really in our DNA,” said Mack Hueber, President of Ayrloom.

Pardon us, “are you Aaron Burr, sir?” Leslie Odom Jr. will answer that question once again when he reprises his iconic role in the Tony-winning musical “Hamilton” as the most infamous duelist and vice president in American history. According to the “Hamilton” website, Odom will return for a 12-week run from Sept. 9 through Nov. 23. In 2016, Odom originated the role of Burr, who serves as the musical’s narrator and Hamilton’s main foil throughout the show, on Broadway.
