MACON, Miss. (WTVA) - Law enforcement continue to seek the whereabouts of a Noxubee County shooter. The shooting happened shortly after midnight on May 5 at a house on Cedar Creek Road in Macon. Someone fired at least three times into the house, occupied by two people. Fortunately, the Noxubee County Sheriff's Department reported no injuries. Anyone with information should call the Noxubee County Sheriff's Department at 662-726-5133.

NOXUBEE COUNTY, Miss (WTVA) -- The Noxubee County Sheriff's Department needs your help finding the person or persons responsible for shooting into a home in Macon. Deputies say the shooting happened around 12:20 a.m. Sunday, May 5, 2025, at 702 Cedar Creek Road in Macon. Two people were in the home at the time. Deputies say they found three shots had been fired inside the home. The people in the house were not hurt.
