    JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Traffic is backed up along I-20 westbound as police and EMS are on the scene. WLBT crews spotted several Jackson Police cars as well as EMS vehicles. At this time, it is unclear what the cause of the scene is, but WLBT crews viewed evidence of a possible car crash. As a result of the police and EMS presence, traffic along I-20 West is congested.     RANKIN COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) - Multiple agencies are on the scene of a drowning at the Ross Barnett Reservoir. Reservoir Police Chief Carlos Dupima tells WLBT the incident occurred between Ratliff Ferry and Coal Bluff.
