TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A report of a stolen vehicle led to several arrests in Tupelo. On Saturday, April 15, Tupelo Police were called to a business for a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was GPS-enabled, and officers were able to track it to Hilldale Apartments on Monument Drive. While they were investigating the theft, they arrested several people for a variety of misdemeanor charges. They also arrested Ckelaun Nash. Nash was charged with Grand Larceny. A judge set his bond at $10,000.

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – An Alabama man is in the Lee County Jail and may be staying there a while. On Monday, April 8, the Tupelo Police were called to a disturbance on Allen Street. Officers found a victim who said she had been physically and sexually assaulted. The suspect, Colby Bates of Vina, Alabama, was still on the scene and was arrested. Bates is charged with one count of Sexual Battery.

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A Tupelo man is accused of getting more than a haircut from a cosmetology school. On Monday, April 8, police were called to the Tupelo Academy of Cosmetology on North Commerce Street about a possible burglary. Employees there noticed several items had been disturbed. After reviewing the security video, they discovered that a person had entered the business and stolen several things. Police identified Anthony D. Frazier as a suspect.
