CONWAY, S.C. (WMBF) - A Conway businessman said another company by the same name is leading to confusion on social media with potential customers. Fresh Air Solutions owner Dylan Deatley says a non-local company is using his business name and promising deals to customers who think they’re booking with his company. “What they’re doing is stealing my company name, going on Facebook and running ads for very low prices as far as like $99 air duct cleanings,” said Deatley.

FLORENCE, S.C. (WMBF) - Half a decade after her son was murdered while on duty, a mother is speaking out following the sentencing of her son’s murderer. On Tuesday, James Bell pleaded guilty to the shooting death of Florence Regional Airport police officer Jackson Winkeler. RELATED COVERAGE:In January 2020, Winkeler pulled Bell over in the airport parking lot. Bell now admits to being the man who fired several shots, killing Winkeler and stealing his service weapon.
