Lock, of Fayetteville, was last seen Aug. 17, 2024, and was reported missing in October.

(WMBF) - Two women who ran the cafe inside Georgetown County’s International Paper Mill have set out on a new venture, opening a new restaurant. “I hope they feel like they just sat at grandma’s table,” Tonya Moore said. Moore and her mother ran the cafe at the paper mill for seven years, and that mill is where her dad retired from. “It just became home. You know, those guys, they’re just like family,” she said. Moore said that on Oct. 31, they found out the mill would be closing.
