HARRISBURG — Members of the Pennsylvania House voted this week to approve legislation that, if enacted into law, would require health insurers, including plans under Medicaid and CHIP, to cover contraceptives. HARRISBURG — The written warning period begins next week for a Pennsylvania law meant to crack down on drivers fiddling with their phones while behind the wheel.
