Stephen Allen denies blocking a doorway, struggling with the woman and causing her injury during an alleged incident at Wemyss Bay Caravan Park on March 21. Prosecutors say the 63-year-old behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards her by shouting, swearing and uttering derogatory remarks towards her. He is also alleged to have thrown food items around a caravan and smashed a glass bottle.

The 58-year-old offers a warm welcome to patients, staff and visitors at the inpatient unit on Nelson Street every Saturday afternoon. Having taken early retirement following a lengthy career in education last summer, Matthew began volunteering on the reception desk at the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice in Glasgow.

Lee Moffat was sentenced at Greenock Sheriff Court (Image: Newsquest) A GREENOCK man who was found lying on a footpath smiled up at police officers before threatening to 'slash' them after they responded to reports of his ‘erratic’ behaviour, a court has heard. Lee Moffat made the violent threat to officers during an incident which took place on Baker Street in September last year.
