EUGENE, Ore. — The Oregon baseball team didn't necessarily need a second win over Saint Mary's to affect the Ducks’ RPI - but it was a great experience for some players to gain more experience, especially with postseason right around the corner. "Tonight was a great opportunity for guys to get a chance to play. We got the chance to play in two really good baseball games," said Ducks Head Coach Mark Wasikowski.

EUGENE, Ore. — #13 Oregon baseball swept in-state rival #3 Oregon State with a 3-2 win on Sunday. Despite the Beavers 17 strikeouts, Ducks pitching staff was still able to hold on to get the game three victory. "They were tremendous," exclaimed Ducks head coach Mark Wasikowski, "All the way down to the last arm."Ducks right-handed pitcher Jason Reitz started on the mound for Oregon on Sunday throwing five innings, only allowing one hit and one run.
