Emergency services were called to the southbound M1 between junctions 15 near Northampton and 14 for Milton Keynes at about 17:45 BST on Saturday. Northamptonshire Police said a Vauxhall Combi van was involved in a single-vehicle collision and its driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
