Affordable homes plan revealed for former community centre

Freebridge Community Housing has applied to redevelop the former North Lynn Community Centre, in King's Lynn. It says in a planning statement the centre on St Edmundsbury Road is "boarded up and in a state of disrepair", adding it is not suitable for conversion.

The order covers the area of 1 to 27 West Street (including 1A, 2A, 3A), 1 to 32 Onyx Court and 1 to 16 John Thompson Road, including the adjoining land, communal areas, pathways, private car parking spaces and outside space up to the boundary of the public highway.
