Over 70 pedigree registered Aubrac cattle will come under the hammer at GVM Group Tullamore Mart, on this Saturday, May 3. The Irish Aubrac Cattle Society’s highly anticipated pedigree sale will feature over 50 lots catalogued, including pedigree breeding bulls, weanling heifers, maiden heifers and in-calf heifers. All animals are to be penned by 10am, with the sale, also being hosted on LSL Auctions, due to commence at 12 noon.

FUNDING to develop the long-awaited N52 link road between Tullamore, Kilbeggan and the M6 motorway is earmarked for next year in the National Development Plan. Tullamore based TD, Deputy Tony McCormack has received written confirmation from the Minister for Transport that the funding is in the pipeline. "This long-awaited announcement paves the way for not only safer travel, but also for unlocking cultural, economic, and tourism opportunities in the region," said the Fianna Fail TD.
