Sr Rose Vicky – a member of the Little Sisters of St Francis congregation – will give a talk on her work and a video will also be played. Light refreshments will be served.

    THE Friends of Tullamore Hospital have appealed for people to nominate them for the €1 million Community Fund supporting local charities launched recently by AIB. The six charities who have the highest nominations from the public will receive €20,000 and a further €6,000 if nominated by AIB employees. The Friends of Tullamore Hospital is a long established charity which has raised tens of thousands of euro for the hospital.
