Four-year-old Zach McCrossan from St Johnston recently began showing signs of fatigue recently which worried his family. After many tests and bone marrow biopsies, Zach has now been diagnosed with a rare blood disorder. His only chance is a bone marrow transplant, which isn’t available in Ireland.

A man has been left with serious injuries following an assault incident at Rosslare Harbour, Co Wexford. The incident happened at approximately 7 am on Friday. A woman in her 50s was conveyed to the hospital with injuries which are understood to be serious. A man in his 20s has been arrested and conveyed to a Garda Station in Co. Wexford. Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
