    ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) — Kids and teens in the Elmira area are invited to learn how to garden during a weekly club. The Economic Opportunity Program will host the Garden STEMMED Club at the Ernie Davis Community Center, located at 350 E. 5th St. in Elmira, every Thursday starting on April 3. The club will run from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and is open to students from first grade through 12th grade.

    BATH, N.Y. (WETM) — A Bath man was arrested after being accused of selling drugs last year. Brian D. Personious, 47, was arrested on a superior court indictment warrant, the Bath Village Police Department announced on March 21. According to the police department, Personious’s warrant stemmed from an investigation into drug sales that allegedly occurred in the Village of Bath in 2024.

    OWEGO, N.Y. (WETM) — People who take the highway through Owego and Apalachin might experience some delays during an upcoming roadwork project that’s expected to last through the fall. The New York State Department of Transportation announced that a portion of the eastbound side of Interstate 86 from Exit 65 to the Broome County Line will be closed starting on April 1, and traffic in both directions will be reduced to one lane. Exit 66 on the eastbound side of I-86 will also close on April 1.
