Conway leaders voted against a rezoning request Monday, May 5, that could have brought 80 workforce housing apartments to the North Main Street corridor leading to the downtown district. The city council voted 7-1 against the rezoning of nearly eight acres at North Main Street and Chicora Boulevard.
