Darl Wheeler was 92-years-old when he died in March. His daughter, Patricia says he was well known around the community for running "Wheeler's Farm Market" for 52 years, and "Wheeler's Potatoes" for 18 years prior to that. She says his passion was making sure his neighbors had good quality food.

    SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — If you have upcoming travel plans after early May involving flights, listen up. As of May 7, 2025, your normal ID or driver's license will not be enough to get you on a plane. You'll need a Real ID, a passport, or other TSA approved documentation. According to the Washington Department of Licensing, 1,788,910 residents have already obtained a Real ID, which is called an Enhanced ID or license in our state.

One of the many properties destroyed belonged to Rex Menke and his wife, Patty. "We've been here 12 years...no 15," the couple said. It was the wish of 11-year-old Matthew Manley. "Matthew has Congenital Muscular Dystrophy Selenon subtype," his mother Mathea said.

    WHITMAN COUNTY, Wash. — It's been just over a decade since a young Colfax man was killed in a car accident near his home. Investigators believe the tragedy was the result of texting and driving. For years, the family of Sam Thompson have pushed to raise awareness on the devastation that can come from distracted driving. That included a sign near the crash site along 195 in between Colfax and Pullman.
