AN update on progress made towards separating council services between two new Cumbrian unitary authorities will be given at a meeting next week. Members of Cumberland and Westmorland & Furness Councils’ joint executive committee are due to meet at Voreda House in Penrith on Monday (March 3). The update will cover progress made so far on the Disaggregation Programme Delivery between the two councils.
